General Risk Management Consulting
Designed to address the needs of small and mid-sized members for topics such as abuse prevention, auto fleet safety, special events, volunteers and more.

Specialty Risk Management Consulting
Larger premium accounts sometimes need specialized assistance. Our Director of Specialty Risk Management Services provides customized support, tailored to the more complex needs of members with premiums in excess of $200,000.
Employment Risk Consulting
NIA’s Labor & Employment Risk Managers assist members with employment-related issues, such as discipline or discharge (pre-termination), discrimination/harassment, leave of absence, ADA, wage and hour, personnel policies, benefits, and more.
While we make every effort to respond as soon as possible to member requests for consultations, response time will depend on the number and complexity of requests. After requesting a new consultation, you should expect to hear from a Labor & Employment Risk Manager by the end of the next business day.
To access Employment Risk Consulting, you must have a current Directors & Officers (D&O) policy that includes Employment Practices Liability with NIA. If you are not sure whether you have this coverage, contact your insurance broker directly, or our Member Services team.
