Background Checks/Criminal History Records
Get online decision-support products for employment and background checks, as well as access to the largest criminal database available at deeply discounted rates. Our member package costs $19.00* per person screened (a 42% discount) and includes the following four components:
- Criminal SuperSearch: Using a proprietary database and technology, the Criminal SuperSearch produces an extensive multi-state report of criminal records, including the District of Columbia. Each Criminal SuperSearch report may contain details about felony and misdemeanor records, sex-offender records, inmate records, and arrest information. (All searched are validated.)
- Identity Verification: Searches more than 23 billion records using an individual’s Social Security number to verify an individual’s identify and current and former addresses.
- Terrorist Database: Searches data from the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) of the U.S. Department of the Treasury to ensure that organizations and individuals do not enter into transactions with persons or organizations involved in terrorism, international narcotics trafficking or activities related to the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction.
- County Search: Conducts searches at the county-court level for counties not covered by the SuperSearch for felony and misdemeanor charges, where available. Includes unlimited county searches for a seven-year address history.
*Some courts charge a mandatory fee. These are treated as pass-through fees and are clearly highlighted before processing the search.

Drug Screening
IntelliCorp offers fully integrated solutions to meet your drug testing requirements. Members receive the following drug screens at the discounted rate of $37.95, which includes the medical review officer (MRO).
- 10-panel Non-DOT Urine Drug Testing: This test is a lab-based urine drug screen collected at a designated center or medical facility. It detects marijuana, cocaine, PCP, amphetamines, opiates, benzodiazepines, barbiturates, methadone, methaqualone, and/or propoxyphene.
- DOT Drug Testing: This lab-based, DOT-regulated urine drug screen is collected at a Patient Service Center or medical facility. It detects marijuana, cocaine, PCP, amphetamines, and opiates. This test is the standard test used for all federally regulated employees, which include FMCSA, FAA, FTA, FRA, USCG, and PHMSA [formerly RSPA].
A clean screen is returned in 24 hours. All other screens are returned in 48-72 hours.
Motor Vehicle Record Checks
Also known as an MVR, these checks are available for the discounted fee of $3.40 + the appropriate state fee.
